Receta Oatmeal Banana Bars

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Margarine -- softened
- 1 x Egg white -- whipped
- 2 x Bananas -- mashed
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar -- packed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 c. Rolled oats

- Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 13 x 9 x 2" pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine egg white, bananas, vanilla and peanut butter. In another mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, and oats. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just till moistened. Spread mix in prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 min. Cold slightly, then cut into bars of about 1 x 2 inches.
