Receta Oatmeal Orange Lace Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour sifted
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 c. Fat room temp
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Orange rind grated
- 1 c. Rolled oats
- 1/2 c. Shredded coconut meat moist
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 to 375 degrees; grease cookie sheets. Sift the flour, salt and sugar into a mixing bowl. Add in the fat, Large eggs, vanilla extract and orange rind; blend thoroughly. Mix in the oats and coconut.
- Drop from a tsp. 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheets. Flatten with a knife that has been dipped in cool water. Bake for 10 to 12 min.
