Receta Almond Lace Cookies

Ingredientes
- Butter and flour For the baking sheets
- 3/4 c. Grnd almonds use food processor for this
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Unsalted butter Or possibly margarine softened
- 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Grated orange zest
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter and flour at least 2 baking sheets. In a large saute/fry pan, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Stir over low heat with a wooden spoon till the butter melts andthe ingredients are well mixed. Remove from the heat. Place heaping tsp. of the batter about 5 inches apart. (The batter will spread during baking.) Bake for 8 to 10 min or possibly till proportionately browned. Remove from the oven. Using a wide spatula, remove the cookies from the baking sheet and immediately shape as desired, into tightly rolled cigarettes, or possibly fans, or possibly allow to cold and serve flat.
