Receta Old Fashioned Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Macaroni, cooked & liquid removed
- Â Â (to make 2 c.)
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
Direcciones
- Heat butter or possibly margarine over low heat; stir in flour and remove from heat. Add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Return to stovetop; over low heat cook, stirring constantly, till mix is thickened. Stir in cheese and continue coooking till cheese is melted. Pour lowfat milk and cheese mix over macaroni and mix well.
- Turn into a lightly greased baking dish. Mix bread crumbs with melted Tbsp. of margarine. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
- Bake for 30 min at 350 F till top is golden.
