Ingredients: 1/2 c. vegetable shortening; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 c. lowfat sour cream; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 2 3/4 c. flour sifted; 1 tsp baking pwdr; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp baking soda

Ingredientes

1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1Â 1/2 c. sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2Â 3/4 c. flour sifted
1 tsp baking pwdr
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Direcciones

Cream together the shortening & sugar. Beat the Large eggs lightly & blend into sugar mix. Stir in lowfat sour cream & vanilla. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt & baking soda together & stir into cremed mix. cover & refrigeratein refrigerator 1 hour or possibly longer.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drop cookie mix by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 min. Cook on wire racks.
