Receta Savoury Sardine Puffs

Ingredientes
- 2 x 120 g, (4.23oz) cans sardines, liquid removed
- 4 x Salad onions, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato puree
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/2 x 500 grams pa puff pastry, (1lb)
- 1 x Egg, size 3, beaten
Direcciones
- 1. Mix together the sardines, onions, tomato puree and seasoning to taste.
- 2. Roll out the pastry into a 30cm (12 inch) square. Divide into 4 squares then cut each square in half diagonally.
- 3. Divide the filling between each pastry triangle, brush the edges with water and fold over. Knock back the edges to seal.
- 4. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven 200 C, 400F, Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 min, till golden brown. Serve hot.
- NOTES : A light tasty starter, or possibly an easy to pick up snack for a party.
