Receta One Step Christmas Crab Quiche

Ingredientes
- Â Â Pillsbury refrigerated fluted pie crust
- 1/4 c. finely-minced Vidalia onion
- 1/4 c. finely-diced red bell pepper
- 1 c. minced blanched liquid removed fresh Swiss chard
- Â Â (or possibly use frzn minced spinach)
- 1 c. whole lowfat milk or possibly half-and-half
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. diced Swiss cheese
- 1 pkt cream cheese - (8 ounce) softened, and
- Â Â cut into 1/2" squares
- 1/2 lb fresh crab meat
Direcciones
- Line pie plate (preferably The Inn at Christmas Farm's signature Deep Dish Christmas Farm Pie Plate) with pie crust.
- In a large bowl, whisk thoroughly 3 Large eggs. Add in and mix together all remaining items listed above, except crab meat. Lastly, stir in gently the crab meat and pour into Christmas Farm Pie Dish.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove; dust with Old Bay seasoning and serve at table in 5 min.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
