  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl whip butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and oolong tea until a very soft and moist cookie dough forms.
  4. Pour about ½ cup of confectioner’s sugar in a small bowl.
  5. Scoop out about a teaspoon amount of cookie dough and roll in confectioner’s sugar. Place on prepared cookie sheets and flatten out with bottom of a glass.
  6. Bake for about 8 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack.
  7. Serve with your favorite tea and enjoy!
