Receta Orange Cream Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1 (16 ounce) can peach slices, liquid removed
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, liquid removed
- 3 med. bananas, sliced
- 2 med. apples, cored & minced
- 1 (3 1/2 or possibly 3 3/4 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 of a 6 ounce can (1/3 c.) frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- In large bowl, put together pineapple chunks, peaches, orange sections, bananas and apples; set aside. In small bowl, put together dry pudding mix, lowfat milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat with rotary beater 1 to 2 min or possibly till well blended. Beat in lowfat sour cream. Fold into the fruit mix. Cover and chill several hrs.
