  • 1 box orange cake mix
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 sm box orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  •     Icing
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 sm box French vanilla pudding
  • 2 tsp orange extract
  • 1 sm tub cold whip

Direcciones

  1. With a fork, mix dry cake mix, Large eggs, 1/3 c. oil and 1 1/2 c. water in bowl.
  2. Pour into ungreased 13x9x2 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35 min. As cake is baking start to boil water. When cake comes out, mix Jell-O with the 1 c. boiling water. Poke holes into top of cake, all over. Pour Jell-O mix over top of cake. Chill till cold. Prepare icing by mixing 1 c. lowfat milk, the box of pudding, orange extract and cold whip together. Frost cooled cake and keep refrigerated till ready to serve.
