Ingredientes
- 3 c. Sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Diet margarine
- 1 med Orange, diced or possibly sectioned.
Direcciones
- Bring salted water to boil. Add in carrots, cover and cook till barely tender. Drain the liquid into measuring c.. Remove carrots from pan. In saucepan, mix liquids with cornstarch. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened and clear. Add in magarine, carrots, and orange; heat through.
