Receta Orange Glazed Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredientes
- 2 lb fresh sugar snap peas (may use frzn if fresh are not available)
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. orange rind, grated
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. butter
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Steam peas for several min till crisp tender. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, orange rind and cornstarch and stir till cornstarch is dissolved. Add in peas to orange juice mix. Add in butter and salt and pepper. Stir and heat till sauce thickens. Serve hot.
