Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/2 c. Orange juice
- Â Â Or possibly 2 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 6 c. Sugar
- 1 bot fruit pectin
Direcciones
- Grate orange or possibly lemon rind. Add in juice and let stand 10 min. Press juice through a thin cloth. Add in sugar. Mix thoroughly. Heat rapidly to boiling. Add in fruit pectin at once. Stir constantly before and while boiling. Heat to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 1/2 min. Remove from fire. Skim.
