Receta Glazed Orange Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 lg. chicken breast halves
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c. orange juice
- 3 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken, skin side up, in 7 x 12 inch metal baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Combine next 5 ingredients and stir till sugar dissolves. Pour over chicken. Bake 35 min. Remove chicken from baking pan. Stir cornstarch mix into pan juices and bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Return chicken to baking pan; turn to coat. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees. Bake chicken till cooked through, about 10 to 15 more min.
