Receta Orange Poppy Seed Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. JIFFY Baking Mix
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
- 3 Tbsp. Instant Vanilla Pudding (dry)
- 1 Tbsp. Orange Peel
- 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Fresh Orange Juice
- 1/4 c. Veg. oil
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin or possibly use paper liners.
- 2. In a bowl, mix well and set aside Baking Mix, sugar, poppy seeds, pudding, orange peel and baking pwdr.
- 3. Mix till well blended, egg, buttermilk, orange juice, and oil.
- 4. Fold into dry ingredients.
- 5. Bake 18 - 20 min in greased muffin tin(s).
