Receta Orange Pudding : Tapioca Pudding With Oranges (Ada)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. pearl tapioca
- 2Â 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 x orange peeled & sectioned

- Preparation Time: only 5 min
- 1. Combine the tapioca with 1/2 c. of the water and the sugar. Mix well, then let stand for 2 hrs.
- 2. Boil 2 c. of water and add in the tapioca mix. Cook till tapioca is creamy, about 2-3 min. Add in the orange sections and cook for 2 min.
