Receta Orange Sherbet Punch

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Chilled orange juice
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1 c. Chilled sparkling water
- 1 quart Orange sherbet

- This punch is reminiscent of the classic Dreamsicles which used to be sold from the neighborhood ice cream truck.
- Combine 4 c. orange juice, 1 c. lowfat milk, 3 Tbsp. sugar, orange peel and nutmeg in large pitcher. Mix till sugar dissolves. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.)
- Pour sparkling water into orange juice mix and stir to blend. Scoop sherbet into large glass punch bowl. Pour punch over and serve immediately.
