Receta Orange Turkey Breast

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp dry rosemary crushed
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lb boneless skinless turkey breast cutlets
Direcciones
- In a large resealable plastic storage bag, combine all the ingredients except the turkey cutlets; mix well.
- Add in the cutlets, covering them completely with the marinade; seal the bag. Marinate the cutlets in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the turkey from the marinade, reserving the marinade.
- In a small saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil over high heat. Grill the turkey with the grill lid covered for 2 to 3 min per side, or possibly till no pink remains, basting occasionally with the boiled marinade.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Comments: Orange slices make a great garnish for the cutlets.
