Receta Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 x boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1/4 c. green onions, minced
- 1 x 11-ounce. can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 x 6-ounce. can water chestnuts, minced
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1/3 c. rice noodles
- 1 sm head Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pcs
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a cruet and shake well. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
