Receta Orzo With Spinach And Feta

Ingredientes
- 5 c. Water
- 2 c. Orzo Uncooked
- 2Â 1/2 c. Coarsely Minced Spinach Note 1
- 1 c. Crumbled Lowfat Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Extra virgin olive oil Note 2
- 1 tsp Grated Lemon Rind
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- Bring water to a boil in a med saucepan. Add in orzo. Cook 10 minutes; drain. Rinse with cool water; drain.
- Combine pasta, spinach, and feta in a large bowl. Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle lemon mix over pasta mix; toss well to coat.
- Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 C)
- This was pretty good.
