Receta Oven Baked French Fillets

Ingredientes
- 500 gm Fish fillets
- 1/2 c. LF lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Dijon
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Direcciones
- 1. In large oven dish, place fish and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 450F for 5 mins (10 mins if using frzn fillets). Drain off liquid.
- 2. In small bowl, mix together lowfat sour cream, dijon, and tarragon. Spread onto fish and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake, uncovered for 5 mins till golden brown.
