Receta Oven Cheese Fondue

Ingredientes
- 10 slices white bread, remove crusts and cube
- 6 large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T snipped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. shredded cheese (8 ounce)
- 3 T finely minced onion
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs and lowfat milk together; add in rest of ingredients and pour into ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch, and bake uncovered for 1 hour or possibly till center is set. Serve immediately.Variations: Add in ham cubes or possibly shrimp to egg mix before baking.
