  • 1/2 loaf country-style bread
  • 1/2 c. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh sage leaves
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. unsalted butter - (1 stick)
  • 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lbs total)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Tear bread into pcs and in a food processor pulse till finely grnd. In a large bowl stir together 2 c. breadcrumbs, Parmesan, sage, and salt pepper to taste.
  3. Heat butter, add in salt and pepper to taste. Pat chicken dry and brush all over with mustard. Roll chicken in breadcrumb mix, pressing gently to adhere, and arrange chicken, without crowding, on baking sheet. Drizzle with butter.
  4. Bake chicken in middle of oven till cooked through and golden brown, 25 to 30 min.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
