Receta Oven Fried Stingray

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Stingray fillets
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. fine cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1 lrg onion sliced
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash Stingray and blot dry with paper towels. Cut into serving-size pcs.
- Beat egg and lowfat milk together. Dip each piece of Stingray in egg/lowfat milk mix and then coat with cracker crumbs. Place breaded Stingray pcs in a greased shallow baking pan. Top each Stingray piece with a slice of onion and some of the melted butter or possibly margarine.
- Bake for 15 to 20 min. Serve with lemon wedges.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
