Receta Oven Fries With Herbes De Provence

Ingredientes
- 3 x all-purpose potatoes scrubbed, dry
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
- 1 Tbsp. dry herbes de Provence plus
- 1 tsp dry herbes de Provence
- Â Â (or possibly 1 tspn each dry parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme)
- Â Â Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Cut potatoes into thin wedges and place on a cookie sheet. Coat potatoes in a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle very liberally with 2 palm fulls of herbes. Toss potatoes to coat proportionately.
- Roast potatoes 25 min, till crisp and golden brown at edges. Season warm wedges with salt to your taste.
