  • 250 gm grnd lamb
  • 1 x onion, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, minced
  • 2 tsp Greggs Thai seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x foccacia loaf split in half
  • 1 tsp Cotterill & Rouse sweet chilli mustard plus extra for spreading
  • 1/4 jar Dolmio Traditional sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 tsp minced fresh mint
  • 1/4 c. fresh or possibly canned mango
  • 1 pkt Watties Golden brown Heart wedges
  • 2 Tbsp. Mainland grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix together the lamb, onion, mint and seasoning and form into 2 large burgers.
  2. Cover and refrigeratetill required.
  3. Place all salsa ingredients into a food blender and blend till slightly chunky.
  4. Pour the oil onto a preheated oven tray and add in sufficient wedges for two.
  5. Place into a 180 C oven for 20-30 min.
  6. Add in the burgers for the last 10 min and the foccacia for the last 3 min and sprinkle cheese over the wedges.
  7. Remove from the oven and spread a little mustard on the foccacia.
  8. Top with a burger and add in the salsa.
  9. Place the wedges alongside and serve.
