Receta Overnight Five Grain Cereal

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Uncooked wheat berries
- 1 Tbsp. Uncooked rye berries
- 1 Tbsp. Uncooked pearl barley
- 1 Tbsp. Uncooked millet
- 1 Tbsp. Uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1Â 1/2 c. Apple juice or possibly water
- 2 Tbsp. Oat bran, optional
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
Direcciones
- Grind wheat berries, rye berries, barley, millet and oats in grain mill or possibly blender on high speed 30 seconds.
- Place mix in heavy-bottomed pan along with apple juice, oat bran and raisins. Bring to boil over medium-high heat and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat. Cover pan and let stand overnight. Next norning, reheat over medium heat and serve.
- Makes 2 servings.
