Receta Oyster Rockefeller Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. raw oysters
- 1 stick butter
- 1 rib celery, finely minced
- 1 med. onion, finely minced
- 1/2 c. parsley, finely minced
- 1 box frzn minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed
- 1/4 teaspoon anise seed
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- Bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Drain oysters. Heat butter and saute celery. Add in onions, parsley, spinach, anise seed, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and cayenne. Grease a shallow casserole. Arrange oysters in one layer only. Cover with Rockefeller mix as thick as desired. Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 min. Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese and a very thin layer of bread crumbs. Return to oven for 10 min till slightly brown.
