- 1 c. nonfat chicken broth
- 1/4 c. Oyster Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch

- Combine on medium-high heat, stirring constantly till thickened.
- Mix into sauce steamed vegetables, mushrooms, etc., and serve over a bed of basmati rice! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Tofu is also very good with this sauce.
- NOTES : 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch makes quite a thick sauce - amount can vary depending on your particular taste in thickness.
- Notes: Very good, but a little salty. Use low sodium broth next time. [ecr]
