Receta Oyster Stuffing Or Dressing

Ingredientes
- 3 x sleeves of saltine crackers (Krispy Crackers, if available)
- 1Â 1/2 can cream of celery soup
- 1 x 8 ounce. can oysters Or possibly, 1 pint fresh oysters, minced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. peeled, minced Vidalia or possibly sweet type onion
- 1 c. sliced celery (trim, remove any strings)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (8 ounce mushrooms, sliced)
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk (NOT lowfat)
- 1/4 tsp Herbs de Provencal
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions about 2 min. Add in celery. Cook till celery is tender.
- Add in mushrooms. (If using fresh mushrooms, cook about 4 min.) Crush crackers in sleeves and pour into mixing bowl. Mix together with rest of ingredients.
- Bake at 350 for 45 min.
