Receta Oysters Rockefeller Hero Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 (10 ounce) packages. frzn spinach
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 c. cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 T anchovy paste
- 3 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 2 ounce absinthe liquor
- 3/4 c. toasted bread crumbs
- Salt, pepper & cayenne to taste
- 12 - 16 oysters
- Paprika

- Microwave spinach till completely thawed. Drain spinach and spread over the bottom of a 9"x13" dish. Top with oysters.In a 1 qt dish, mix together the remaining ingredients except for the bread crumbs.
- Microwave at High for 5 min, stirring after 2 1/2 min, till cheese is melted and blends smoothly with soup. Add in sauce to casserole dish and top with crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on High for 15 min, uncovered. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 5 min and 10 min. Let stand 5 to 7 min before serving. Serves 4.
