Receta Pace Monterey Chicken Fajitas

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 med green pepper cut into strips
- 1 med onion sliced
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom - (10 3/4 ounce)
- Â Â (or possibly 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup)
- 1/2 c. Pace chunky salsa
- 8 x Mission flour tortillas - (8" dia)
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oil in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned, stirring often.
- Add in pepper and onion and cook till tender-crisp.
- Add in soup and salsa and heat through. Spoon about 1/2 c. chicken mix down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and additional salsa. Fold tortilla around filling.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
