Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
- 2Â 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. finely-chopped shallot or possibly red onion
- 1 Tbsp. sake wine
- 1/4 tsp coarsely-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. finely-chopped English or possibly regular cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. finely-chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. finely-chopped red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. very thinly-sliced green onion
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine the vinegar, honey, shallot, sake, black pepper, red pepper flakes and salt in a small non-corrosive saucepan. Over high heat, bring the mix just to a quick boil and then take the pan from the heat. Let cold to room temperature and chill till well chilled. When the mix is thoroughly chilled, add in the remaining ingredients and chill.
