Ingredientes
- 13 each chicken drvers (2-3 lb)
- 1 lb flour, all-purpose
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp paprika or poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp pepper, black
- 1 Lb shortening
Direcciones
- Cut chickens into pieces of desired serving size (keep chicken refrigerated, removing small quantities as needed for preparation).
- Mix flour and seasonings. Dredge chicken with seasoned flour.
- Brown chicken in hot shortening, 1/2 inch deep in pan.
- Reduce heat and cook slowly until tender, 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature reached 170-degree F. Turn for even browning.
