Receta Pan Fried Trout

Ingredientes
- 4 x boneless, skinless trout fillets, weighing approx 100g/3-1/2 ounce each
- 2 x oranges, grated rind and juice
- 3 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
- 3 Tbsp. light creme fraiche
- Â Â salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Place the trout fillets into a non-stick frying pan. Pour the orange rind and juice over the trout fillets.
- 2. Cover and simmer gently for 5-6 min or possibly till the fish is just cooked.
- 3. Gently stir in the basil and the creme fraiche and heat through.
- Season well and serve with new potatoes and plenty of vegetables or possibly salad.
- Not suitable for freezing.
