Ingredientes
- 450 gm Parsnips, peeled and grated
- 1 x Red apples, grated, tossed in
- Â Â (1 to 2) lemon juice
- 1 x Red onion, finely diced
- 3 Tbsp. Flat leaf parsley
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- Â Â Oil, (for frying)
- Â Â Seasoning
Direcciones
- 1 In a large bowl, mix the parsnips, apples, lemon juice, parsley and onion. Gradually add in sufficient beaten egg to bind the cakes.
- 2 Shape into proportionately sized pattie shapes and flatten with a fork. Shallow fry for 5-8 min, drain and serve with the Normandy chicken.
