Receta Pascale's Manale Original Pan Roast

Ingredientes
- 2 bn shallots, minced fine
- 1 bn parsley, finely minced
- 1/2 x White onion, finely minced
- 1 pt Lowfat milk
- 1 pt Oyster water
- 1 lb Margarine
- 1 c. Flour
- 4 sm Dozen oysters
- 1 lb Crabmeat
- 1 ounce Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Put lowfat milk and oyster water in a 1/2 gallon pot; let boil. Heat margarine; combine with flour and cook for 5 min. Add in lowfat milk- oyster water mix; stir and pour over shallots and parsley with onions. Boil oysters till edges curl. Mix with crabmeat and combine with sauce; cook 27 min. Add in Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt. In eight casseroles put six oysters each.
- Cover with combination sauce, sprinkle with bread crumbs; dampen with margarine and bake under flame till golden. Will serve 8.
