Receta Passion Fruit Sorbet

Ingredientes
- 45 x passion fruits
- 600 ml water
- 400 gm caster sugar
- Â Â squeeze of lemon juice
Direcciones
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out all the juice seeds and membranff.
- Liquidize the passion fruit pulp and pass through a fine sieve.
- Make a sugar syrup by combining the water and sugar in a saucepan bringing it to the boil and simmering it for fiffeen min.
- Pour the syrup over the strained pulp.
- Leave to cold.
- Before turning in an ice cream machine add in a squeeze of lemon juice.
- The passion fruit should be deep purple in colour and beginning to shrivel and wither. Which way they will be ripe.
