Receta Pasta Salad With Green Sauce (Four Star)

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt pasta (16 ounce) short pasta
- Â Â (curled works well)
- 1/4 lb shrimp optional
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt or possibly less
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sherry optional
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- Â Â Green Sauce
- Â Â (Double this sauce if you wish to have
- Â Â lots of dressing - also it
- Â Â keeps well and can be used on other salads)
- 1/4 c. white vinegar or possibly lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (1 to 2)
- 1/2 c. fresh basil tightly packed
- Â Â or possibly 2 tsp dry basil
- 3/4 c. parsley minced
- 1 x clove garlic chopped (1 to 3)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- Â Â pepper
- 1 c. frzn peas uncooked
- 1 c. broccoli cut in small pcs
- 2 c. cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 c. mushroom sliced
- 1 c. zucchini sliced
- 6 x green onions minced
- 2 c. fresh spinach torn into bite size

Direcciones
- On the day before: Cook pasta in unsalted water. Drain and cold.
- Combine ingredients for marinade and mix with shrimp and cooked pasta. Chill overnight. Place Green Sauce ingredients in food processor or possibly blender and mix till smooth. Chill.
- Just before serving: Combine marinated pasta and shrimp with salad ingredients and toss. Add in Green Sauce and toss.
- Makes 10 servings as a main dish (about 20 c.)
