- Mixed Vegetables - loosely 2 cups (I used Broccoli,Baby corn,Capsicum,Mushroom)
- Onion - 1,cubed
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
- Pasta - 1 cup,cooked al dente
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Marinara sauce - 4 tbsp
- Cream - 200 ml
- Water-1 cup ( I used the water in which pasta was cooked)
- Cheese - 1 cube (Amul)
- For the garlic bread
- Bread slices - 5-6
- Garlic butter - 2-3 tsp
- Grated cheese - 1 cube(Amul)

%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20love%20having%20Pasta%20for%20dinner%20at%20least%20once%20in%20a%20week.I%20make%20it%20the%20same%20way%20every%20time,with%20lots%20of%20vegetables,white%20sauce%20and%20very%20less%20cheese.So%20when%20we%20were%20dining%20out%20once%20and%20I%20saw%20Pasta%20with%20tomato%20and%20cream%20sauce%20in%20a%20restaurant,I%20was%20anxious%20to%20try%20it%20and%20see%20how%20it%20tasted.I%20love%20having%20a%20blob%20of%20marinara%20sauce%20on%20my%20plate%20when%20I%20have%20pasta%20anyway,so%20I%20was%20sure%20I'd%20like%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20wasn't%20wrong,the%20pasta%20was%20delicious.I%20wanted%20to%20try%20it%20at%20home%20and%20decided%20to%20go%20by%20my%20taste%20buds%20while%20adding%20the%20ingredients.To%20give%20it%20a%20healthy%20twist,I%20added%20some%20roasted%20vegetables%20as%20well.Paired%20with%20a%20cheesy%20garlic%20bread,this%20was%20a%20meal%20I%20was%20very%20eager%20to%20serve%20and%20eat%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMethod%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20200C.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20baking%20tray%20mix%20together%20onion,garlic%20and%20the%20mixed%20vegetables.Add%20salt,pepper%20and%20Italian%20seasoning%20with%20Olive%20oil.Roast%20the%20vegetables%20for%2020-25%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20pan%20add%20butter%20and%20marinara%20sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20well%20and%20add%20cream.Add%20enough%20water%20to%20make%20thin%20it%20down(I%20used%20about%20a%20cup).Add%20salt%20to%20taste.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20in%20the%20cooked%20pasta,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eroasted%20vegetables%20and%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20garlic%20bread%20-%20smear%20the%20garlic%20butter%20on%20each%20bread%20slice,top%20with%20grated%20cheese%20and%20bake%20for%205-7%20minutes.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
