Receta Pasta With Tomato Mint Sauce

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce pasta, rotini
- Â Â garlic clove, chopped
- 1/3 c. oil, olive
- 3 lb tomatoes, peeled, seeded and
- Â Â minced
- 1/2 c. mint leaves, fresh, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- Â Â prepare pasta as directed on package, drain.
Direcciones
- Meanwhile, cook and stir garlic in warm oil till golden. Stir in tomatoes, mint and salt. Cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till heated through.
- Serve over pasta.
