- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 med Onion -- minced
- 8 x Large eggs
- 1 lb Potatoes -- grated
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese -- grated
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned pepper

- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Whisk Large eggs till foamy. Chop the bacon into pcs. In a frying pan, brown the bacon till crisp. Drain and blot on paper toweling. Combine the bacon and the remaining ingredients. Spread the mix proportionately in the prepared baking dish. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 min. Cut into squares.
