Receta Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour divided
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed) plus
- 3 Tbsp. light brown sugar - (firmly packed) divided
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 3 can sliced peaches - (16 ounce ea) liquid removed
- Â Â Nonstick cooking spray
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, and the cinnamon, mix well. Stir in the peaches till proportionately coated. Place in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/2 c. flour and 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, sprinkle over the peach mix. Spray the top with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 25 to 30 min, or possibly till heated through and the top is lightly browned.
- This recipe yields 10 servings.
- Comments: You can serve this up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and, for a little extra excitement, how about topping it with some raspberry preserves or possibly raspberry sherbet to make it like a peach melba!
