  • 1/4 tsp sea salt1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds (or finely chopped walnuts)1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp canola oil (or oil of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk1 large peach, finely chopped (I leave the peel on for extra fiber)
