Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Peaches, peeled
  • 1 1/2 c. Raspberries, fresh, crushed
  • 3 1/4 ounce packet Kerr Pure Fruit Pectin
  • 6 c. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. In 6 to 8 qt saucepan stir together peaches, raspberries and pectin. Over high heat bring mix to a boil, stirring constanly. Quickly add in sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skil foam if neccessary. Immediately fill warm sterlized half pint jars- leaving 1 inch headspace. Wipe jar tops and threads clean. Place warm lids on jars and screw bands on firmly. Process in boiling Water Canner for 5 min. Yeilds 8 half pints.
