- 16 ounce Frzn, unsweetened peaches, sliced
- 1/4 c. Unsweetened apple juice
- 6 slc Pineapple (you can use canned)

- 1. Place half the peaches and a few Tbsp. apple juice in a food processor. Process till smooth. Repeat with the remaining peaches and apple juice. Place the peach/apple mix in a large bowl and freeze for 3 hrs, till icy. Scoop or possibly spoon over pineapple slices.
