Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounce. pkg. vanilla pudding
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. liquid removed cubed peaches
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3-5 tbsp. peach juice
Direcciones
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt and pudding. Add in egg, butter, lowfat milk. Mix and put in buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Add in - liquid removed peaches. Mix - cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Pour on top of peaches in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. sugar combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
