Ingredientes
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. water or possibly lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. jelly or possibly jam
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together baking mix and sugar. Cut in peanut butter. Add in lowfat milk and egg. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Spread batter in greased round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches. Spoon jelly over batter, spreading thinly. Bake for 25 to 30 min. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
