• 1/2 c. Wheat flour
• 3 Tbsp. Gluten
• 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar, packed
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 x Banana,6 ounce.peeled sliced directly into the inner pan
• 3/4 c. Peanut butter, creamy or possibly chu
• 1 x Egg
• 1 c. Very hot water
