Receta Peanut Butter Cake Bars
Ingredientes
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown usgar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pkg (11 1/2 oz.) milk chocolate chips
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar
- Add the eggs, one at a time
- Beat well after each addition
- Beat in the vanilla
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt
- Gradually add to the creamed mixture
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan
- Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean
- Cool on a wire rack
- Cut into bars
